Bangkok, Thailand – Jonathan Wigley, CEO of Absolute Hotel Services (AHS) Group, has announced new expansion plans with the launch of the Eastin Estates brand, a luxury extended-stay assisted living brand. Eastin Estates offers a community living experience to meet the growing needs of the active senior market, with services and facilities for residents that promote health and social connections. AHS Group is the first hospitality management company to launch a brand dedicated to this segment in Asia.

Providing caring services steeped in Asian heritage and hospitality, Eastin Estates’ brand equity is to provide active seniors seeking personal home care with a safe place to work, rest and play with like-minded residents. The community allows residents complete freedom in a comfortable and convenient, luxurious environment. Accommodation ranges from 40-50m2 studios to 80-100m2 two-bedroom units, all with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony or terrace, and can be personalized with the option to move in specific furniture or decorations. Units and facilities are pet friendly, and a la carte pet care and meals can be provided.

Facilities include a health center with a 24/7 nurse and emergency support, an all-day dining restaurant with healthy menu options, a lounge area with library, a meeting room, an outdoor garden, a swimming pool, a fitness center with steam and sauna rooms, a yoga space and mini market as well as entertainment and service laundry. Nature is well integrated into the living spaces and large landscaped common areas feature throughout the development.
