Our company was founded in 2006 and was based on the idea that staying in a big travel destination be it on business or for fun can have its alternatives and these are namely the private held aparthotels.

We have specialized ourselves in searching out landlords wiling to give their properties for short term rental, then managing these properties and renting them out to tourists and business travelers. This model proves successful to both the landlords and the travelers for the prices of an apartment are much cheaper and yet the landlords yield much than they would've had they rented their properties on a monthly basis.
