What makes your company a top employer? Our employees see working in IT as more than just a job. We all applaud the ability of technology to improve our quality of life and lead a “tech life” lifestyle.

What strategies do you have to retain employees? We found that by creating a supportive environment and a well-defined culture, we created a company people want to work for.

What do you do to develop employees and help them grow? With free technical training for certifications and reimbursement for testing, our team members always have free access to training for the fast-paced, ever-changing technological landscape that comes with being an IT professional.

are you hiring We’re always looking for talented people who live the tech life and have a deep desire to help others do the same.

How has COVID-19 impacted your workplace? Any lessons learned? COVID-19 has only reinforced what we already believe: work is an activity, not a place. We had developed a work-from-home strategy within hours of deciding not to have anyone in our offices. I was so proud of our team for continuing to provide the high quality service that our customers have come to expect from us! One lesson COVID has taught us is that the employee-to-employee connection that we’ve nurtured across our culture for decades is absolutely part of our “secret sauce.” Being away from the office was for our health and safety, but we learned that our team members missed each other’s company, which as a leader makes me proud of how we built our team.
